I used to love bread

One of foods I love the most is bread. Crusty on the outside, light and airy on the inside! Soooo good. Until gluten free came along. Gluten free bread sucks. It just does. It’s crumbly. Just looking at it makes it fall apart. We have been looking for good gluten free bread since the beginning and it continues to be elusive. There are some that are better than others, though.
